Make Your Own Vintage Button Grapevine Wreath

This arts and crafts idea goes back many years. To make a button grapevine wreath you need to go into your stash of buttons that you have been saving for years. If you are lucky, maybe you have your Grandma’s button box that has been handed down to you.

You will also need

  • A grapevine wreath that you have made yourself or have purchased.
  • Hot glue gun
  • Assorted buttons and buckles. If you don’t have any buckles you can make it without them.
To make this wreath just glue a few buttons together to make a small grouping. Arrange and glue these groupings to the grapevine wreath. Then add single buttons between the groupings as desired.

You can also replace the buttons with old costume jewelry, wrapped candies and even old game pieces. This looks especially nice with your old jewelry. If you don’t have any old jewelry you can purchase some at thrift stores or garage sales pretty cheap.

If you have any questions or crafts that you would like to share please contact me and I will add it here.
