Flower Pot Crafts Are So Easy.

Flower pot crafts are as easy as 1-2-3. It depends on what you want to do with them.

Depending on what size terra cotta pots you use, you can make decorated pots for plants or silk flowers, toothbrush holders, pen & pencil holders, candy and nut bowls or for all your little treasures.

I like to paint flowers on pots for on the patio or even in the house. You can use acrylic paints and draw you pictures on the pots and then paint them. Stencils work great for this kind of work. You can make them simple or very detailed.

A very pretty effect is to use a sponge with your paints. Just blot it on the clay pot and use different colors. You can leave it that way or else you can then paint your flowers or what ever you want on them.

If you also get the saucer for the pot you then have a lid. Use them for gifts or just fun things to have around the house.

Kids love to decorate terra cotta pots. You would be suprised at what they come up with. They can make animals and spiders and they love them.

Dried flowers look lovely in decorated flower pot crafts. You can even glue some dried flowers around the rim or set the pot in its saucer and arrange dried flowers around it. This looks especially lovely when you are going to make a dried flower arrangment in the pot.
